SHIPPING POLICY

You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase, or, in the case of a Subscription shipment, we will provide advance notice of such changes.

 

Generally, shipping is handled by a third-party courier. When you purchase a Product from us, any shipping times shown on the Services or in notification emails are estimates only. Actual delivery dates may vary. All Products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that title to and the risk of loss of such Products passes to you upon our delivery of the Product to the third-party courier.

Free shipping is facilitated by Australia Post and will generally reach an address within Australian capital cities within the following times:

  • Melbourne Metro area: next working day (all Melbourne orders are sent standard via Express Service).

  • Regional Victoria: 1-2 working days (all Victorian orders are sent standard via Express Service).

  • Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane: 2-4 working days.

  • Canberra & Hobart: 1-5 working days.

  • Darwin, Perth and Interstate Regional areas: 3 - 10 days.

All orders are sent with a tracking number. If your order has not been received within 10 working days please check your tracking number online or contact us

  • Please double check that you have entered your shipping details correctly at checkout. TORO does not take responsibility or accept liability for incorrect information supplied at checkout.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for goods delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout and redelivery may incur an administration and restocking fee.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  1. Product with obvious signs of use

  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  3. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

  4. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
